Hope Hall Hosts Annual Fundraiser

By: WROC-TV
Updated: December 1, 2012
Hope Hall held it's third annual Holiday Fundraiser Saturday.

Items for sale included clocks, Christmas novelties, and doll furniture. The event was held to raise money for Hope Hall's woodworking program.

The program incorporates math and science into projects and can even provide a boost for students.

"The self esteem that comes out of being able to build something with your own hands and take it home just develops such a sense of pride," says Rick Hoop, an instructor at the woodworking program.

If you weren't able to stop by Saturday's fundraiser there will be another sale December 14th through the 16th at Greece Ridge Mall.
