Alleged "Foot Licker" Deemed Competent For Trial

By: WROC-TV
Updated: November 30, 2012
The man arrested earlier this year for allegedly licking the feet of young girls in public places has been deemed competent to stand trial.

A judge ruled Friday that Anthony Perri can stand trial. Perri was charged with sexual abuse and child endangerment earlier this year. Investigators say he removed the shoes from two young girls and rubbed his face on their feet. He has told the court that President Obama and police have set him up, even having hundreds of women and children follow him into Wegmans.

Perri is due back in court December 6th.
