Owner Of Abandoned Dog Found, Dog Surrendered

The Humane Society says the dog's owner has come forward.
The French Bulldog named Pierre was found in the bathroom of the Pittsford Petco on Sunday. Pierre was suffering from dehydration and malnutrition. The dog's owner has now surrendered him to the Humane Society. Investigators are still trying to figure out how Pierre ended up in such poor condition.
