Rochester Woman Wins Record Jackpot At Finger Lakes Casino

A Rochester woman walked away from the Finger Lakes Casino & Race Track thousands of dollars richer.

Mildred Ramos-Soto hit the jackpot and won $510,919.999 on Sunday. Officials at the casino say her win is the largest ever recorded at Finger Lakes or any New York State video gaming facility. Ramos-Soto plans to use the money to pay off bills and spend time with her mother, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
