Police Make Arrest In Bauer St. Homicide

Rochester Police have made an arrest in the city's second homicide case of 2012.

Treyquan Davis, 16, pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, assault, robbery and attempted robbery in Rochester City Court Friday. Police say he is responsible for the shooting death of Alexander Marquez, 19, back on January 5th. Marquez died at the hospital.

Davis will be back in court on November 19th.
