Updated: November 16, 2012
The Sibley building has officially been sold to Winn Development.

The city of Rochester closed the deal with Winn Development Friday. The company plans to make major renovations to the building. The extent of the renovations will create hundreds of jobs in construction. Winn plans to continue leasing the space in the Sibley building. The sale means a big tax relief for the city.

MCC will continue to lease the space inside the Sibley building for the next five years.
