Turkey Tips!

Ryan Kelly, executive chef at Wegmans says cooking the bird thoroughly is one of the most important tips.

He says regardless of the size of the turkey, you need to cook the inside of the bird to 165.

Also, make sure you wash and sanitize any utensils that come in contact with the turkey.

Once the turkey is done cooking, let it sit for 20 minutes to let the juices spread, and it'll keep the turkey more juicy.

Finally, if you're cooking your stuffing in the bird, cook it for another 20 minutes, because the turkey will be more dense.
