Rochester Woman Arrested For Arson

A Rochester woman is facing charges for two separate fires at the same apartment building.
Marcia Mitchell, 32, is charged with two counts of arson and two counts of assault. Both happened at an apartment complex at Manor Parkway. In one of the fires, multiple residents were displaced and an apartment suffered heavy smoke and fire damage. Two residents were hospitalized.
Mitchell is in the Monroe County Jail awaiting arraignment.
