Woman Accused of 19th Ward Murder Arraigned in Court

The woman accused in the stabbing death of a man in the city's 19th Ward neighborhood was arraigned in court Tuesday morning.

Tanisha Davis, 26, pleaded not guilty to a second-degree murder charge. Police say she stabbed Montreall Wright, 35, at a home on Sawyer Street early Sunday morning. Wright was taken to Strong Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
