Teen Shot on Arnett Blvd.

A Rochester teen is recovering after being shot on the city's southwest side Monday night.

Rochester Police say Emmanuel Feaster, 16, was shot in the upper torso on Arnett Boulevard just after 8:30 p.m. Feaster went to St. Mary's Hospital. Police say his injuries are non life-threatening. Anyone with information in this incident is asked to call 911.
