A Manchester woman was killed after being struck by a car on Route 21 in Ontario County.

Sheriff deputies say Tabitha Harris, 35, was killed after she was struck by a trailer that was attached to a truck. That truck was traveling south on Route 21 when it was hit by a northbound car, causing it to go out of control. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies have charged the driver of the car with failure to keep right.
