More local help is on the way to areas impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

The owner of Computer Works Pro, in Webster, is collecting donations that will be sent to New York City.

Korey Corpus has a friend in need in the Big Apple. He says a lot of people have been generous with their donations.

"I didn't expect to have so many people in one day come in and drop off so much stuff in one day," he says.

Corpus is accepting items like winter clothes, non-perishable foods, and toiletries.
