Fatal Shooting on Lincoln Street

There's been another homicide in the city of Rochester. One man is dead after a shooting on Lincoln Street near the North Street Recreation Center. The shooting happened around 11:45 p.m. Wednesday night.

The 26 year old, whose name has not been released, was taken to Strong Hospital where he was pronounced dead around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning.

Rochester Police say the man had been shot at least once in the leg. They are still looking for suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
