Man Pleads Not Guilty To Nephew's Murder

The man accused of fatally shooting his nephew in the South Wedge neighborhood pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday afternoon.

Vinh Phan, 54, is charged with murder for the death of his nephew Viet Ho Tai, 32. Tai was found shot multiple times inside his car on Veterans Place. Phan turned himself into Rochester Police. He remains in jail without bail.

Phan will be back in court December 19th. An order of protection has been issued for two witnesses in the case.
