Crash Ties Up Traffic on I-390

There was a traffic backup Wednesday morning in Brighton after a car crash. Four cars were involved in the crash on 390 in the northbound lane.
One car tried to make an illegal u-turn and 3 other cars got cut off in the process. There were no serious injuries. The car that made the illegal u-turn immediately took off.
Authorities are trying to track down the driver. There was slow moving traffic and rubber necking in the area on Wednesday morning as a result of the accident.
