Former Chiropractor Pleads Guilty To Vehicular Manslaughter

A former Rochester chiropractor pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in a fatal crash that killed a Greece couple.

Stephen Divito, 40, pleaded guilty to charges of vehicular manslaughter, DWI, vehicular assault and leaving the scene of an accident. Prosecutors say Divito was driving drunk on the Ontario State Parkway when he hit a vehicle occupied by Patricia and James Depinto. Divito was apprehended several miles away after crashing his car into a tree.

Divito will be sentenced January 15th. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
