Miller Found Guilty of Murder in Retrial

A Rochester man was found guilty in a retrial for the 2005 murder of a Rochester woman.

Jeffery Miller, 37, was found guilty of murder and assault in the death of Shunda Cuyler, 30, in 2005. Prosectors say Miller shot Cuyler multiple times as she got out of her vehicle with a friend near her home on Woodbine Avenue. Cuyler's friend was also wounded in the shooting. Cuyler worked in the Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield call center. She left behind a son.

Miller will be sentenced on November 27th. He faces 25 years to life in prison.
