Nazareth College Arts Center is honored to present Letters Home, a powerful presentation of actual letters written by soldiers serving in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as some correspondence from their parents.

Letters Home is in town one night only, Friday, November 2 at 7 p.m. Letters Home was inspired by The New York Times article "The Things They Wrote" and the subsequent HBO documentary Last Letters Home.

Using minimal props and set pieces, members of the Griffin Theatre Company perform the letters as dramatic monologues, set against a backdrop of imagery taken directly from the soldiers' blogs and websites. Without politicizing, the play gives audiences an emotional and gripping portrait of the soldiers' experiences.

To order your tickets call - or visit - the Nazareth Box Office, 585-389-2170.  You can order online by clicking here.
