Police: Man Charged With DWI, Dragged Wife Under Car

David Cruz, 32, is charged with DWI, assault and reckless endangerment. Macedon Police say Cruz and his wife were arguing in the parking lot of the Express Mart. When his wife tried to get out of the car, Cruz put the car in reverse and hit the accelerator. Cruz's wife got caught between the door and the pavement. Police say Cruz had a blood-alcohol content was .11%.
Cruz will be back in court November 14th.
