Verizon Hiring 200 Workers For Rochester Call Center

If you're looking for a job, Verizon Wireless might be the place for you.

The company plans to hire about 200 full-time workers for its call center in Henrietta. The positions include customer care representatives and technical support representatives. Accepted applicants will have to go through an eight-week training program. Verizon currently employs about 1,400 in the Rochester area, of which 1,100 work in the call center. Verizon says they plan to offer competitive salaries and benefits.
