A Victor man is facing charges for allegedly stealing over $800 while he worked as a restaurant bartender.

New York State Police say David Ramos, 35, worked as a bartender at the Longhorn Steakhouse. Ramos is accused of making fraudulent transactions at the cash register and inflating the gratuity charges on the fake bills. Police say he stole the money at the end of his shift, which he did over a period of six months.

Ramos is charged with petit larceny and falsifying business records. He was previously arrested for similar crimes while working as a manager at Bellini's restaurant in Victor.
