Contract negotiations between the University of Rochester and labor unions will continue Monday.

Union employees picketed outside Strong Hospital Friday. Union members want to keep their current health care plan, in which they only pay co-pays. The university wants them to pay for deductibles as well. About 1,800 workers at both the university and the hospital are affected. They say they will go on strike if need be.
