Man Allegedly Threatens Workers With A Rifle

Ontario County Deputies have arrested a man who allegedly threatened two employees with a rifle.
Deputies say it happened in the Town of Honeoye on Tuesday when two National Grid employees showed up at the home of John Blackmer, 53.
They say Blackmer threatened to shoot tires on a National Grid truck if the employees shut off the man's power.
Blackmer was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
