University of Rochester union workers say they will be picketing Friday.

This after Monday's contract negotiations did not lead to a compromise. Union employees want to keep their current health care plan where they only pay co-pays. The union says their members can't afford to be on the same plans as non-union workers, who also pay deductibles. About 1,800 workers at both the university and hospital are affected.

The group says picketing will begin at Friday at noon at Strong Hospital.
