Churchville Man Accused of Stealing Wyoming Co. Sheriff Patrol Car

A Churchville man is facing charges for allegedly stealing a Wyoming County Sheriff patrol car early Thursday morning.

Deputies say Jordan Herthum, 22, stole the car from Arrow Mart in the town of Perry. They were able to track Herthum through the vehicle's GPS and pull him over. Deputies say Herthum's BAC was .20. He was charged with aggravated DWI, grand larceny, criminal mischief and unlicensed operation. He remains in the Wyoming County Jail on $20,000 bail.
