Suspect in Raven Cooper's Murder Will Go To Trial

A trial date has been set for the Rochester man accused of shooting a 16-year-old to death back in July.

Chauncey Stewart, 20, will go on trial for the murder of Raven Cooper, 16, on April 15th, 2013. Stewart pleaded not guilty to second degree murder in court Tuesday. Police say Stewart shot and killed Cooper on Bay Street after a dispute. Stewart will be back in court on January 4th.
