Billionaire Tom Golisano is back in the news because he is fighting a tax assessment on a home that he used to own in Victor.

Golisano says the assessment was too high at $3.6 million, and he believes he overpaid the taxes on the home to the tune of $200,000. The home has already sold for well below the assessed value, but Golisano continues the fight. The case is in front of a judge in Ontario County.
