Man Shot on Weaver St.

A 56-year-old man was shot just before 12:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

Rochester Police Department were called to a home on the 300 block of Weaver Street after multiple calls about a person shot.

Police say the man, a landlord, was checking the property when he was approached by two unknown males. An argument started and shots were fired. Police found a man on the rear driveway of the home.

The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and was taken into surgery.

Police are still investigating the shooting.
