A Rochester man pleaded not guilty Friday to charges stemming from an 8-year-old murder case.

Sheriff's Deputies say Michael Baccari killed 33-year-old Paul Pelletier. The cold case was solved just last week.

Pelletier was working as a night auditor at the comfort suites in Henrietta that night. He was found shot to death behind the check-in desk. Still no word yet on a possible motive.
