Crash on 490 In Rochester

There's a tractor trailer crash that's impacting traffic right now in Downtown Rochester.
There was a tractor trailer that rolled over in the eastbound lanes of 490 near Clinton Avenue around 4 p.m. Wednesday. A number of cars are involved. We're told the truck was carrying scrap metal. One eastbound lane has reopened for traffic. Crews expect to have everything cleaned up by 7 p.m.
There is no word on any injuries.
