The Livingston County Board of Elections says there is a dead tie between the two GOP candidates who faced off in a primary for District Attorney.

After tallying all votes, including absentees and affadavits, the board reports an exact tie between Steve Sessler and Eric Schiener with both candidates having 1,879 votes. News 8 contacted both candidates, and both say they plan to petition some of the ballots. The matter will now go to court.
