More than two dozen people attended Tuesday night's vigil to honor the memory of Rochester's latest homicide victim, 18 year old Malcolm McFarland.

Family members say Malcolm was outgoing, loving, and that he was on the right path.

Everyone huddled in a circle, with candles lit, in Malcolm's honor.

Many shared stories about Malcolm, including a man who said he had only met Malcolm once.

Family members say Malcolm was a good kid, and he was getting ready to get his GED.

His older sister, Ivory, said his life was cut far too short, and his cousin Michelle called for witnesses to step forward, to bring Malcolm's killer to justice.
