A grand jury has indicted two men accused of beating and shooting a man to death on Lyell Avenue.
Miles Mitchell, 23, and James Hillyard, 25, are both charged with two counts of murder, attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon. Police say Mitchell and Hillyard are responsible for the August 25th death of Joshua Groat, 27, whose body was found in the parking lot of a used car dealership.
If convicted, both men face up to life in prison. They will be arraigned on their charges later this week.
