The man accused of fatally shooting a Henrietta hotel clerk in 2004 has been indicted by a grand jury.

Michael Baccari, 56, was indicted on murder charges for the death of Paul Pelletier, 33, who was working as a night auditor at the Comfort Suites in Henrietta. Pelletier was found shot to death behind the check-in desk. This was the scene at the hotel the next day. Investigators have still not determined the motive for the crime.
