Not Guilty Plea From Assemblyman's Son

Reilich is a State Assemblyman and the Chairman of the local Republican party.
Bill Reilich Junior, 31, pled not guilty Thursday at his arraignment in Rochester city court. According to court documents, he's accused of collecting unemployment benefits while working for the county.
The amount collected added up to $7,600 dollars between June of 2009 and January of 2010 according to the documents. Reilich Junior is due back in court next month.
