Monroe County Sheriff deputies say four men robbed another man after breaking into his home Monday.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. at a home on Vollmer Parkway. Deputies say the four suspects entered the house through an unlocked door armed with shotguns. Four people were inside the home at the time. Deputies say suspects forced all the residents to the floor while they stole items from the home. The armed men left through the front door.

Deputies tried to track the suspects with K-9 units, but were unsuccessful. The incident remains under investigation.
