Local Veteran Searching for Service Dog

The search is on for a service dog who's a loyal companion for Josh Merrell, of Rochester, an Afghanistan war veteran. The dog went missing after a car crash yesterday in Farmington.
Raven is a three-year-old black lab. Raven has been instrumental in Merrell's recovery from post traumatic stress disorder.
On Sunday, at routes 332 and 96, Raven slipped out of her collar and bolted from Merrell's car after a car accident. She was last seen running toward the thruway, veering west into the woods.
