Deputies say Michael Baccari of Rochester murdered 33-year-old Paul Pelletier while he was working as a night auditor at the comfort suites in Henrietta. Pelletier was found shot to death behind the check-in desk. There's no word on a possible motive.
Sheriff Deputies say solving this murder shows they do not give up on cases. Baccari is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail. Investigators are still looking into the case.
