Large Flooding Trap Cars on North Union St.

Flooding caused by intense rain showers have trapped two cars under an overpass on North Union Street.
There is a mass of standing water under the overpass, which is near the Rochester Public Market. The street has been closed off to traffic until the water can be cleared. Police are still on scene.
