State Police Investigating Home Invasion in Palmyra

New York State Police are searching for a man who they say broke into a home in Palmyra.

It happened around 8:30 a.m. at a home on Port Gibson Road. Police say a male suspect entered the home of a 56-year-old man. The two got into an altercation and the homeowner suffered a laceration to his head. The suspect fled on foot.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, wearing black pants and a black shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at (315) 946-3044.
