Pit Bulls Shot By Officers During Drug Raid on Norton St.

Three pit bulls were shot by Rochester Police officers during a drug raid in the city Tuesday.

Police say responding officers were approached by seven aggressive pit bulls at a house on Norton Street near St. Paul Street. Police say one officer was bit on the leg by one of the dogs. That officer was taken to the hospital. Several suspects have been arrested on drug related charges.
