Sam Clanton Released from Hospital

Sam Clanton, one of the two children that fell into the Erie Canal, was released from the Hospital Saturday afternoon.
Sam's sister, Selah is still in guarded condition.
Sam was one of three people that fell into the Erie Canal Wednesday.
John Clanton and his two children were walking along the canal when the stroller accidentally rolled into the water. Clanton jumped in immediately. Police say some U of R first-year medical students also jumped in and they were able to hoist the stroller up above the water until rescuers arrived. Another passerby called 911.
