RPD Cops in the Right Place at the Right Time

A lot of things had to happen at the same time for a family to be rescued from the Erie Canal. Rochester Police Officers Paul Dondorfer and Adam Alliet happened to be at lunch nearby. They returned to the canal with News 8 to show us why it was a difficult rescue.
