Alleged Foot Licker Deemed Incompetent For Trial

The man accused of fondling the feet of two young girls in the Penfield Library has been deemed incompetent to represent himself.
Anthony Perri is charged with sex abuse in the first degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Perri is accused of licking young children's feet in libraries and bookstores in the area. Perri spoke for only a few minutes, primarily about his belief that he is the victim of government entrapment.
Judge Argento has sent Perri to a state facility for up to 12 months. If it's determined that Perri is capable of standing trial prior to those 12 months, he could returned to court.
