Kodak Patent Talks Ongoing

The company is however sharing with some employees its business plan that was released earlier this week.
Kodak has been holding "snapshots" meetings between employees and managers. Since 2003, Kodak reports that its workforce was reduced by 47,000 people.
In the first half of 2012, 2,300 positions were eliminated worldwide. Moving forward it plans to focus efforts on digital printing packaging, and entertainment film.
The company expects to start to see growth in 2013.
Kodak has also released a statement which says, "The company reiterates that it has not reached a determination or agreement to sell the digital patent portfolio, and may retain all or parts of it as a source of creditor recoveries in lieu of a sale if it concludes that doing so is in the best interests of the estate.
