Suspected "Foot-Toucher" Caught At Penfield Library

A man was allegedly caught inappropriately touching a young girl at the Penfield library Tuesday afternoon.
Anthony Perri, 49, is charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. Perri was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon after he was observed having inappropriate contact with a young girl by patrons and staff around 12:15 p.m. Court papers say Perri took off the child's shoe and rubbed it against his nose and mouth.
Sheriff deputies say Perri is not the same man that they previously identified as a suspect in other foot-licking incidents.
