Updated: July 5, 2012
Monroe County Sheriff deputies have identified the strange man who has allegedly been touching the feet of young girls in public places.

The man's name has not been released and he is not currently facing any charges. Deputies say an employee at the Pittsford Barnes & Noble store called police after he saw a man matching the description sent out by deputies last week. Police say the man has been seen in a few libraries and stores across the area inappropriately touching young girls between the ages 5 and 10.

The investigation is continuing.
