Home Invasion in Brockport

Two men have been arrested and charged for a home invasion in the village of Brockport Wednesday night.

It happened around 11 p.m. at a home on North Main Street. Brockport Police say Jeffrey Richardson, 22, and Jerome Roberts, 27, broke into the home and beat the 50-year-old owner in the face, head and chest. The victim told police that both suspects forced him over to neighbor's residence and stole cash from him. The victim was treated and released from Lakeside Hospital.

Richardson and Roberts are charged with robbery, burglary and assault.
