Rochester Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

A Rochester man is facing charges after federal authorities say he was in possession of child pornography.
Federal prosecutors say 32-year-old Douglas Tatner has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.
Prosecutors say that in January of 2012 authorities had a search warrant to go into Tatner's old home on Glide Street in Rochester.
Prosecutors say a witness had reported seening over 40 images of child pornography on Tatner's computer.
Authorities say that in a criminal complaint, Tatner admitted that he accessed and viewed images of child pornography on a daily basis.
The charge, if convicted, carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
