Fatal Crash in Seneca County

A Seneca County man died in a crash on June 21st. Thomas E. Burns Sr, 58, was driving his car around 10:30p.m. when he went off the road into a ditch and landed in a field. Burns left the scene of the crash and went back to his residence. On June 22nd Burn's condition worsened and he was taken by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital where he later died. Investigators believe that alcohol may have played a part in the accident.
